Affiliated with the Mauritius Tennis Federation, our club is rooted in excellence, passion, and community spirit. We are proud to have won the National Team Competition twice, in 2016 and 2017, a testament to our commitment to high-level performance and teamwork.

Meet With Professional Coach

Meet with a Professional Coach to gain personalized guidance, actionable strategies, and clear direction for your personal or professional growth.

Bernard Thomas is a tennis professional whose journey blends decades of experience in both sports coaching and the corporate world. After starting his career in sales with well-known companies, he made a decisive shift to tennis coaching in 2008. Certified with ITF Level 1 and Level 2 credentials, along with the French Brevet d’État de Cadre Sportif, Bernard has proudly represented Mauritius on the international stage as captain of the Davis Cup, Junior Fed Cup, Junior Davis Cup, African Junior Zonal events, and most recently, the Billie Jean King Cup in Kenya (2024).

He also served as accompanying coach for the Mauritian Junior tennis team in Africa, contributing to the team’s preparation and performance. A former national No. 4 and current top-ranked player in the 50+ category, he is deeply committed to developing the sport both on and off the court. As Director of Advantage Tennis Ltd since 2013 and a former member of the MTF Technical Committee, Bernard continues to shape the future of tennis in Mauritius through coaching, mentorship, and his involvement as a national and assistant tutor in several ITF coaching programs.
